Sub drop
Sub drop is an emotional, psychological, or physiological state that can come after a scene. It usually involves feelings of loss, loneliness, and abandonment; additional aftercare is often needed to reassure the submissive.
Sub drop is the aftereffect of a hormone and endorphin spike usually brought on by an intense scene, and it can either be experienced physically or emotionally. Sub drop is often more prevalent for submissives in a committed relationship with their Dom because of the intimacy shared in their relationship. Dom/me’s could also experience a drop after a scene, often called Dom drop or Top drop.
