CBT, time to bust a nut
You can include many accessories with CBT play like cages, cock rings, vibrators, and estim. You, however, don’t necessarily need accessories for CBT. You can use impact play, slapping, pinching, or squeezing. Sensation play with different temperatures or some wax play could take it up a notch. I would first start off with slapping, biting, and pinching before buying accessories that might not be necessary.
