Chastity has been around for centuries; it was seen as a form of purity by abstaining from all types of sexual activity to obey religious and moral standards. The chastity I’m discussing today is slightly more different as it falls under a D/s dynamic.

What is Chastity in BDSM?

Chasity can be a rule set in place of no touching or orgasms unless instructed to, or it can be enforced with a chastity belt by keeping your partner is chaste. This way, you are preventing your partner from masturbating or experiencing sexual pleasure. Chasity forms part of orgasm denial, and some people are kept in chastity for months at a time. This will all depend on your dynamic and what you have negotiated beforehand.

Chastity allows a power exchange between a Dom/me and a sub. The Dom/me will decide if and when the sub can orgasm or remove the chastity belt. The Dom/me will typically keep the chastity key with them, and only the Dom/me can unlock it. The sub will have a spare key, but the key can only be used in an emergency. Now, this sounds fun for the first week, but it is somewhat mundane if no games or teasing are involved with chastity.

You can include many games that will keep you entertained during the power exchange; below are some ideas.

Roll for a reward or punishment, and you will need a single dice or a pair of dice. A pair of dice allows for more rewards or punishments during the game. Draw up a rewards and punishment list; I usually make even numbers rewards and odd numbers punishments. Punishments could be anything from staying another 1 – 3 days in chastity or sex without an orgasm. Rewards could entail being out of chastity for a day or weekend of their choice to sex or oral sex. Typically I decide on punishments, and my sub decides on rewards.

Hide and seek is another popular chastity game, where both partners decide on a space like a bedroom or even the whole house. The Dom/me will hide the key somewhere in this space, and if the submissive finds it, they can remove the chastity belt.

Homework or chore scoring, depending on your dynamic, you can have your sub learn a new skill or research a topic of interest to you and quiz them. You can then score them out of 10 based on how well or poorly they did. This can even be included in chores that the submissive is responsible for in your home, whether it be learning to iron and starch shirts or load the dishwasher correctly; if the sub doesn’t score a perfect score, they need to redo the chore until they get a perfect score. Once they get a perfect score, they can choose a reward.
